Our standard model 510P is equipped with the Pratt & Whitney PT6A-34AG (750 SHP) turboprop engine three blade 106-inch constant-speed Hartzell propeller; 510-gallon fiberglass hopper; 250-amp starter/generator, spray system with 41-inch stainless steel gatebox for dry applications (seeding and fertilizer) and emergency liquid dump capabilities; MVP-50T glass panel display; two-inch stainless steel spray system; five-blade Weath-Aero cockpit adjustable fan; three-inch side loader; streamlined aluminum booms; wingtip navigation and strobe lights; 228-gallon fuel system, windshield wiper and washer, outside air temperature gauge; 29-inch-high flotation tires and wheels with dual caliper Cleveland brakes; and Zee air conditioner and cabin heat. Now standard with a Garmin G5 Electronic Flight Information System (EFIS)
Optional Equipment
- The Thrush 510P is available with the following optional airframe equipment installed at the factory: Dual cockpit, dual control instrument panel with observer’s seat, an observer’s seat only, vortex generators, Aft bubble windows, fire extinguisher, single-point refueling, and a ferry fuel system.
- The following dispersal equipment is also available as options: Smoker, stainless steel spreader, Transland hydraulic fire gatebox, electric fan brake model 111F, hopper rinse system, stainless steel booms, REABE hopper level indicator, and various nozzle setups on request.
- And, every 510P has the following optional instruments, electrical, and avionics installations available as well: Left and right wing landing lights, night working light, LED leading edge lights, clock, map light, Garmin GPS/VHF/430 Comm, transponder, Garmin SL-40 Comm, Mid-Continent Instruments turn & bank indicator, United Instruments vertical speed indicator, Kelly Manufacturing directional gyro, Kelly Manufacturing artificial horizon, Ag Laser laser altimeter, Ameri-King blind encoder, Kenwood HF radio, and an Ameri-King 406 Mhz ELT.
